My sister is a geological engineer who, over the last year or so, has basically been doing the jobs of three people because her employer won't hire anybody else to work for the company. She finally snapped about a week or so ago and told her boss that if he didn't hire someone soon she'd quit (she's been working there for about six years). In order to entice her to stay working for him, he gave her a $150 gift card for a spa here that sells LuluLemon clothing and higher end cosmetics like Stila and O.P.I.
